Pacific Key began with a small, hand-selected portfolio of residences in Palmilla and Villas del Mar — homes whose owners required a level of attention that the conventional property-management model simply could not deliver.
Over a decade later, we remain deliberately boutique. We accept residences only when we can give them the depth of care they require — never volume-driven, always relationship-led.
Today, our team operates across Los Cabos' most prestigious gated communities, blending hospitality discipline, preventative engineering, and quiet hospitality to safeguard the homes — and the lives — entrusted to us.

Founder & Managing Director
Luis Fernando Mendoza has called Los Cabos home since 1996 and has specialized in luxury property and estate management since 2015.
With a background rooted in hospitality, customer service, and private estate operations, Luis brings a hands-on approach to every property under Pacific Key Management's care.
Having worked within prestigious communities including Palmilla, Villas del Mar, and Querencia, he understands the unique expectations of luxury homeowners and believes that preventative maintenance, proactive communication, and attention to detail are the foundation of exceptional property management.
As a long-term resident, family man, and trusted local resource, Luis remains personally involved in inspections, owner communication, project oversight, and concierge coordination.
Fernando Mendoza Rocha
Operations Coordinator & Bookkeeper
Fernando Mendoza Rocha supports the operational and administrative backbone of Pacific Key Management.
His responsibilities include financial tracking, reporting, vendor coordination, scheduling, bookkeeping, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently and transparently.
Working closely with homeowners, vendors, and service providers, Fernando helps maintain the structured systems and communication standards that Pacific Key Management is known for.
